Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preclinical Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing scientific expertise and support across various preclinical projects, contributing to the success of our clients’ drug development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute preclinical studies to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of drug candidates.
- Conduct literature reviews and data analyses to inform study design and interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop preclinical research strategies and project plans.
- Prepare and review preclinical study protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions (e.g., IND applications).
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards throughout the preclinical development process.
- Stay abreast of scientific advancements and industry trends to ensure the application of best practices in preclinical research.
Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., pharmacology, toxicology, biology).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in preclinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of preclinical study design, execution, and data analysis.
- Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
